Training Course Pricing

The following pricing is valid until 31st December 2008 for courses conducted at our facility in Montreal, Canada. Please contact us by email or telephone (+1-514-315-4296) for information about training courses in other worldwide locations, which we can organize in conjunction with partner organisations, specific training requirements, tailored courses or on-site courses.

Notes:

1. If a customer books a Two Day or Three Day course and, at the same time, an additional one or two day course which takes place within a two week period from the original then the Extra Day rate applies to the additional course only rather than the normal One Day or Two Day course rates. Thus if a customer elects to take both the DNS Basic (2 Days) and DNSSEC (2 Days) courses the DNS Basic will be charged at the full rate but the DNSSEC course (2 Days) will be charged at, in this case 2 x the Extra Day rate.

Course Terms, Conditions and Services

The following notes apply:

1. Students are provided with a copy of all course notes and slides used at the beginning of the course.

2. We book a maximum of 10 students per course.

3. Courses start at 9:00 AM and finish at 5 PM.

4. A light continental breakfast (croissants and danish) is available from 8:30 each day. Morning and afternoon refreshments are provided.

5. Lunch is not provided but there are many restaurants both in the building and within 5 minutes walking distance.

6. Individual PCs are provided where required for the course.

7. Some courses may use either Windows or Unix. Students should specify their preference at the time of booking. Windows systems use XP Pro, Unix Systems may use Linux/KDE or FreeBSD/KDE.

8. DNS Courses: Each student is provided with a copy of Pro DNS and BIND (Apress).

9. Course Fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the course commencement date.

10. ZyTrax reserves the right to cancel any advertised course up to 14 days prior to its commencement. Any student fees paid will be refunded in full.

11. Any course may be cancelled by the student up to 14 days prior to its commencement at no cost. Any fees paid will be refunded in full.

12. Any course cancelled by a student less than 14 days prior to its commencement will incur a 20% cancellation penalty, that is, 80% of any fees paid will be refunded.

Local Hotels

Montreal is a major tourist location and as a consequence the city has many thousands of hotels. However, being a major tourist location hotels can get booked early especially during conventions and at major holiday times. ZyTrax does not endorse or recommend any hotel but can provide a list of hotels and hotel web sites that students may wish to use as a starting point.
