These articles and pages date from 2002/2003 and in the cases noted may be horribly dated. We leave them here in case they may be of some use - and to remind us of the heady days of our youth. We would also suggest you look at this 6 volume series of books by Tony R Kuphaldt 'Lessons in Electric Circuits' published under the OpenBook initiative (means its free).

Glossary	Definitions of some electronic terms. Big page. Still mostly relevant.
3.3V and 5V	The results of some experiments we ran when trying to isolate an MPC855T from that nasty 5V stuff which has a tendency to blow the chip up. Pretty dated info.
Equations	Some simple electrical equations. Mostly still relevant.
BGA Layout	When we first tried to run a layout with a big BGA (MPC855T) it was a disaster (ORCAD with Auto-router). But it can be done with a semi-automatic fanout - then let the auto-router rip - works perfectly. From 2002. Mostly pretty dated. Bleeding edge stuff at the time though!
