W3C Event Reference. Part of the Events Interface
Allows an event to be created. The event must be initialised using createEvent followed by one of initEvent, initMouseEvent, initUIEvent, initMutationEvent.

Dispatches the event named MouseEvent as if it had been generated by the hardware.
