A simple standard made easier by having the right set of standards (oh really!!). And remember you have to buy every one them at $$$ a pop (none of this free IETF stuff here). And this does not include ASN.1 PER. I wonder why SIP especially is becoming very popular!! (the standards listed are given names here ).
