Known Problems

These pages contain information about known problems, when cleared and any applicable work.

As of release 566.1.1.202 the following problems were identified in WarpOne applications software. ZyTrax is working on solutions.

B00-23	If the Router application is running from High FLASH and an application load is performed when the Router is busy (> 4K bytes per second) the router may fail and reset during the load. This problem does not occur if the application is running from Low FLASH.	During application load operations minimise the traffic running through the router.
B00-17	If a Router is configured such that there are two possible routes to an IP address the correct one of which is a remote route, then the Router will always try and route the traffic incorrectly to the local route. This problem may be identified using Telnet  Page 7 logging. Log message shows task id = 0413 and Calling Point = 1. 3 or 5 (see Router Manual)	Define Routes such that the remote route does not appear within the Subnet Mask (rerun CoolFig to generate the configuration and select the 'All Address' option in Step 5 if a Client or check Auto-route in step 7 if a Server.)
B00-2	If after loading an application (using Control Server) you select 'Start Loaded App.' but do not click 'Cancel' immediately then you will get the message 'Socket timed out' and the new application will not start.	1. Click 'Cancel' immediately after the 'start Loaded App.' button. 2. If the message 'Socket timed out' appears following the procedure defined in FAQs 'I get 'Socket timed out' when loading...'
