Known Problems

This page contains all known problems, when cleared and any applicable work-around.

As of release 2.3 the following are outstanding problems with CoolFig. ZyTrax is working to issue fixes to these problems. If you are experiencing unusual problems you may want to ensure than your system files are up-to-date. You will find an explanation of how to do this here.

B98-1	CoolFig requires a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 640 to show all forms in their full size. Using 480 x 640 resolution screens requires the use of the horizontal and vertical scroll bars for certain forms e.g. Router wizard.	None
